The flat tinned copper braid wire is woven with oxygen-free copper wire, with a mono filament of 0.10mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, and is specially made according to customer requirements, softness, and electrical strength.
Additionally, there are silver-plated and nickel-plated copper braided wires.
SUNSHINE offers a range of flat tinned electrolytic copper braids with strands of 15 or 20/100mm in diameter. Our standard cross sections are between 2.5mm² and 185mm². Sunshine can offer you alternative cross sections and dimensions upon request.
Technique performance:
1) The flat tinned copper braid wire adopts super-quality round copper wire of tinning flexible copper wire to be braided in multiple-thread one layer or many layers.
2) The DC electrical resistivity (20℃) of braidcopper wire is lower than 0.022/m. The DC electrical resistivity (20℃).
Of tinning braid copper wire is lower than 0.234/m.
3) The technique standard of this product conforms to JB/T 6313.2-1992.
Product performance
The flat tinned copper braid wire is a form of electrical cable made by braiding fine tinned copper wires. Copper braided wire is extremely flexible, strong, and resistant to vibration. It has excellent shielding properties.
Tinned copper wire has better oxidation and corrosion resistance properties than pure copper.
Benefits of Using flat tinned copper braid wire
Flat tinned copper braided wire is the most common, with high conductivity, smooth and bright surface, good contact surface, superior conductivity. It also has strong applicability, good flexibility, easy installation, easy heat dissipation, and bending resistance.
The usage of flat tinned copper braid wire
Flat tinned copper braids are typically used to protect against electrostatic overloads, forgrounding and earthing of electrical equipment and lightning protection as a dilatation joint between conductors.
They are placed between equipment and the ground to transfer electrical surges to ground, or to other components capable of absorbing significant amounts of transient voltage.
